Code § 11-99A-10","heading":"Annexation Incidental to Formation of District.","body":"The petition for the formation of a district by a municipality may include land that is not within the corporate limits of the municipality provided that the land is, taken as a whole, contiguous with land within the corporate limits of the municipality.
