Code § 12-13-47","heading":"Execution of Contract for Rebinding of Books by Probate Judge; Surrender of Custody of Books for Rebinding.","body":"If the county commission deems it advisable to rebind any of the books of the county, it shall be lawful for the probate judge to contract with a book bindery for the rebinding of such book, taking due precaution for the safety of the book and its due and proper return.
