Code § 13A-10-120","heading":"Definitions.","body":"(a) The definitions in Sections 13A-10-1, 13A-10-60 and 13A-10-100 are applicable in this article unless the context otherwise requires.\n(b) The following definitions are also applicable in this article:\n(1) JUROR. Any person who is a member of any jury, including a grand jury, impaneled by any court of this state or by any public servant authorized by law to impanel a jury. The term juror also includes any person who has been summoned or whose name has been drawn to attend as a prospective juror.\n(2) TESTIMONY.
