Code § 13A-10-193","heading":"Destructive Device or Bacteriological or Biological Weapon - Possession, Manufacture, Transportation, or Distribution.","body":"(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, manufacture, transport, or distribute a destructive device or bacteriological or biological weapon, except as provided in this article.\n(b) A person convicted of a violation of subsection (a) shall be guilty of a Class B felony. If the defendant is a corporation or other entity, the corporation or other entity shall be fined not less than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) nor more than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
