Code § 13A-10-194","heading":"Destructive Device or Bacteriological or Biological Weapon - Sales, Distribution, Etc.","body":"(a) It shall be unlawful for a person to sell, furnish, give away, deliver, or distribute a destructive device, or a bacteriological or biological weapon to a person who is less than 21 years of age.\n(b) A person convicted of a violation of subsection (a) shall be guilty of a Class A felony. If the defendant is a corporation or other entity, the corporation or other entity shall be fined not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) nor more than two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000).
