Code § 13A-11-225","heading":"Release of Sky Lanterns Within 500 Yards of Public Gathering.","body":"(a) As used in this section, the following words have the following meanings:\n(1) PUBLIC GATHERING. The presence of more than 500 members of the public in an outdoor place for the purpose of attending a sporting contest, auto race, concert, festival, political rally, parade, or similar event.\n(2) SKY LANTERN.
