Code § 13A-12-3.2","heading":"Delivery Sale to Persons Under Legal Minimum Age Prohibited; Acceptance of Purchase Order.","body":"(a) No person shall make a delivery sale of cigarettes to any individual who is under the legal minimum age.\n(b) Each person accepting a purchase order for a delivery sale shall comply with the provisions of this chapter and all other laws of this state generally applicable to sales of cigarettes that occur within this state, including, but not limited to, those laws imposing excise taxes, sales taxes, license and revenue-stamping requirements, and escrow payment obligations.\n(c) Violations of the delivery sales statutes shall, in addition to any other penalty provided by law, be subject to the penalties provided under subsection (b) of Section 8-19-12.","path":["Title 13A Criminal Code.","Chapter 12 Offenses Against Public Health and Morals.","Article 1 General Provisions."],"source_url":"https://alison.legislature.state.al.us/code-of-alabama?section=13A-12-3.2","current_through":"Act 2026-611","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T14:01:52Z","sha256":"a7ed65991e9612a7f200711c5a5e027cac4b08b662442ca6f777846d3314297f","source_id":"us-al","stale":false,"prev":"us-al/ala.-code-13a-12-3.1","next":"us-al/ala.-code-13a-12-3.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
