Code § 14-7-19","heading":"Authorization of Industrial Revolving Fund and Expenditures Therefrom.","body":"In order to carry out the provisions of this chapter, the Legislature shall authorize in its annual appropriations an Industrial Revolving Fund and set the amount therein for the use of the Board of Corrections.
