Code § 14-8-60","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this article, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:\n(1) BOARD. The Board of Corrections.\n(2) COMMISSIONER. The Commissioner of the Board of Corrections.\n(3) STATE CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION. Any correctional institution under the jurisdiction of the board.\n(4) INMATE.
