Code § 15-13-127","heading":"Bondsman’s Processes Have Certified Copy of Undertaking Attached.","body":"The clerk shall see that all bondsman’s processes have a certified copy of the undertaking attached to them. If there has been a conditional forfeiture taken by the court, then the clerk shall attach a copy of the conditional forfeiture to the warrant.
