Code § 15-13-129","heading":"Arrest of Principal by Out-of-State Surety.","body":"All bondsmen or sureties from out of the State of Alabama who come to this state to make an arrest shall be exempt from having a bondsman’s process to arrest a person for which he or she is a surety on bail in another state; but he or she shall have a certified copy of the undertaking of bail for which he or she is surety.
