Code § 15-13-155","heading":"Property Owners as Surety - Limited.","body":"A property owner shall not execute or become surety for more than four different persons in any one year, other than immediate family members, unless the property owner qualifies and meets the requirements set out in this article for professional surety or professional bail companies.
