Code § 15-9-2","heading":"Information Leading to Arrest and Conviction - High Crime or Misdemeanor Committed in Municipality.","body":"When a high crime or misdemeanor shall have been committed in any municipality, its governing body may offer publicly a reward not exceeding $3,000.00 to the person who shall give information leading to the arrest and conviction of the guilty person.
