Code § 15-9-20","heading":"Definitions.","body":"For the purposes of this article, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:\n(1) GOVERNOR. Any person performing the functions of Governor by authority of the law of this state.\n(2) EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY. The Governor and any person performing the functions of Governor in a state other than this state.\n(3) STATE.
