Code § 16-45-5","heading":"Contributions and Annual Expenditures by Governing Authorities of Member Institutions.","body":"The governing authorities of the member institutions are hereby authorized to lease or to deed any real property to the consortium, and such authorities may also sell, give, lend or lease any personal property to the consortium.
