Code § 16-7A-1","heading":"Creation; Membership, Salary, Etc.","body":"There is hereby created the Alabama Educational Television Foundation Authority which shall be a public non-profit corporation consisting of 13 members who shall be appointed by the Alabama Educational Television Commission. Such authority members shall include: one member from each congressional district, the public network’s general manager as an ex officio member, and the remaining five selected from the state-at-large from persons with expertise in broadcasting or investments. The ex officio member shall be non-voting.
