Code § 16-9-28","heading":"Annual Statement of Receipts and Disbursements.","body":"It shall be the duty of the county superintendent of education to prepare, in accordance with the direction of the county board of education, the annual statement of receipts and disbursements which is required to be published in a newspaper and such other reports as the county board of education may require to be published for distribution among the citizens of the county.
