Code § 17-14-53","heading":"Expense of Publication of Proclamation.","body":"Whenever any proposed amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, regardless of the nature thereof, is submitted to the people for ratification or adoption, the expense of publication of the Governor’s proclamation concerning such amendment shall be paid out of the General Fund of the State of Alabama.
