Code § 2-10-95","heading":"Election and Duties of Officers.","body":"The board of directors shall elect from its number a president and one or more vice-presidents. It shall also elect a secretary and a treasurer who need not be directors, and it may combine the two latter offices and designate the combined office as secretary-treasurer.
