Code § 2-11-98","heading":"Publication of Grain Standards.","body":"The commissioner shall cause all grades established under this article to be published in one or more newspapers or farm journals of general circulation throughout the state, with the dates when such grades so established shall become effective, which shall not be less than 30 days from the date of such publication.
