Code § 2-15-85","heading":"Penalty for Violation of Division; Procedure to Deny or Revoke Permit and Restrain or Enjoin Operation of Livestock Market.","body":"A willful failure or refusal of any livestock market to comply with the provisions of Section 2-15-82 shall be valid grounds for denial or revocation of a permit to operate a livestock market in accordance with the requirements and procedure for such action as prescribed by Section 2-15-61.
