Code § 20-2-112","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this article the following words, unless the context clearly indicates the contrary, shall have the following meanings:\n(1) CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. The same as is defined in subdivision (5) of Section 20-2-2, as amended;\n(2) CANNABIS.
