Code § 20-2-184","heading":"Denial, Suspension or Revocation of License.","body":"A license or permit, obtained pursuant to Section 20-2-182 or 20-2-183, shall be denied, suspended, or revoked by the Board of Pharmacy upon finding that the license or permit holder has:\n(1) Furnished false or fraudulent material information in any application filed under this article;\n(2) Been convicted of a crime under any state or federal law relating to any controlled substance;\n(3) Had his federal registration suspended or revoked to manufacture, distribute, or dispense controlled substances;\n(4) Violated the provisions of Chapter 23 of Title 34; or\n(5) Failed to maintain effective controls against the diversion of said precursors to unauthorized persons or entities.","path":["Title 20 Food, Drugs and Cosmetics.","Chapter 2 Controlled Substances.","Article 9 Precursor Chemicals."],"source_url":"https://alison.legislature.state.al.us/code-of-alabama?section=20-2-184","current_through":"Act 2026-611","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T14:01:52Z","sha256":"9b264a09f25146b1dc053463aab286d80c27b838ff61939bb87a28f8afef1482","source_id":"us-al","stale":false,"prev":"us-al/ala.-code-20-2-183","next":"us-al/ala.-code-20-2-185"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
