Code § 20-2-257","heading":"Fees.","body":"The Board of Medical Examiners may charge and collect fees to defray expenses incurred in the registration and issuance of a Qualified Alabama Controlled Substances Registration Certificate (QACSC) and the administration of this article shall be the same as other mid-level providers. The types and amounts of fees shall be established in rules adopted by the board.
