Code § 22-20-10","heading":"Duty to Drain Areas in Construction Works.","body":"Any person, firm or corporation engaged in the construction of any railroad, public highways or other construction work in Alabama shall drain all borrow pits, cuts and fills likely to impound water which shall be dangerous to the public health.
