Code § 22-21-221","heading":"Disposition of Unexpended Funds - State Board of Health.","body":"Any unexpended funds appropriated to the State Board of Health for allocation among the various counties under the provisions of this article shall not revert to the State Treasury at the end of any fiscal year.
