Code § 22-21-436","heading":"Liability of Health Care Facility.","body":"REPEALED PER ACT 2023-24 EFFECTIVE APRIL 18, 2023.\nDuring the pendency of a public health emergency, a health care facility shall not be liable for any damages, injury, or death based on a claim of negligence connected to the exposure or potential exposure to any virus, disease, infection, or like contagion relating to allowing visitation pursuant to this article.
