Code § 22-25B-11","heading":"Civil Action.","body":"In addition to any rights and remedies specified herein or otherwise provided by law, the PSC, ADEM, ADPH, district attorney, or the Attorney General, or any combination of these, may commence a civil action to enjoin a violation in the circuit court in whose jurisdiction which any threatened or continuing violation occurs.
