Code § 23-1-292","heading":"Program Established.","body":"The Alabama Scenic Byways program is hereby established through a two-tiered system consisting of a Designating Committee and an Advisory Council. Appointments to the committee and the council shall be made within 30 days and 45 days, respectively, of August 1, 2000. Organizational meetings of the committee and the council shall be held within 60 days of August 1, 2000.
