Code § 23-1-367","heading":"Enforcement of Aeronautics Law; Enforcement Powers Generally.","body":"It shall be the duty of the director, and every state, county, and municipal officer charged with the enforcement of state and municipal laws to enforce and assist in the enforcement of this article and of all rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto and of all other laws of this state relating to aeronautics. The director may, in the name of the state, enforce the provisions of this article and the rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto by injunction in the courts of the state.
