Code § 23-1-390","heading":"Penalties for Violation of This Article.","body":"Except as herein otherwise provided, any person subject to this article who fails to comply with the requirements of, or violates this article, or of any of the rules, regulations, or orders issued pursuant thereto shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor. A violation of each rule, regulation, or order shall be considered a separate offense.
