Code § 25-2-17","heading":"Board of Appeals - Promulgation, Amendment, Etc., of Rules and Regulations - Hearings.","body":"Before any rule or regulation is adopted, amended, or repealed by the board of appeals, there shall be a public hearing thereon, notice of which shall be published at least once, not less than 10 days prior thereto, in a daily newspaper published in Montgomery and in such other newspaper or newspapers as the board of appeals may prescribe.
