Code § 25-5-196","heading":"Which Employer Liable for Compensation of Employee; Contribution Not Required from Nonliable Employer.","body":"Where compensation is payable under this article, the only employer liable, if any, shall be the employer in whose employment the employee was last exposed within a period of five years prior to the date of the injury, to the hazards of said radiation, in each of at least 12 months.
