Code § 25-5-340","heading":"Department of Labor to Perform Administrative Duties for Certification of Employers.","body":"The Department of Labor, Workers’ Compensation Division, shall promulgate by rule or regulation procedures and forms for the certification of employers who establish and maintain a drug-free workplace which complies with this article. The department may charge a fee for the certification of a drug-free workplace program in an amount which shall approximate the administrative costs to the department of the certification. The certification fees shall be deposited in a revolving account to fund the administrative costs of certification and are hereby appropriated solely for that purpose.
