Code § 25-5-7","heading":"Supplementary Reports as to Initiation, Cessation, Etc., of Compensation Payments.","body":"In all cases, upon making the first payment of compensation and upon cessation or termination of payment of compensation, for any reason whatever, the employer shall make a supplementary report within 10 days to the Department of Labor on forms approved by said department.
