Code § 27-12-20","heading":"Review of Commissioner’s Cease and Desist Orders.","body":"Any person required by an order of the commissioner under Section 27-12-18 to cease and desist from engaging in any unfair method of competition or any unfair or deceptive act or practice defined in this trade practices law may obtain a review of such order by filing an appeal therefrom in accordance with the provisions and procedures for appeals from the orders of the commissioner in general under Section 27-2-32.
