Code § 27-27-30","heading":"Voucher or Other Document for Disbursements.","body":"(a) No insurer shall make any disbursement of $25.00 or more unless evidenced by a voucher or other document correctly describing the consideration for the payment and support by a check or receipt endorsed or signed by, or on behalf of, the person receiving the money.\n(b) If the disbursement is for services and reimbursement, the voucher or other document, or some other writing referred to therein, shall describe the services and itemize the expenditures.\n(c) If the disbursement is in connection with any matter pending before any legislature or public body or before any public official, the voucher or other document shall also correctly describe the nature of the matter and of the insurer’s interest therein.","path":["Title 27 Insurance.","Chapter 27 Organization and Corporate Procedures of Stock and Mutual Insurers."],"source_url":"https://alison.legislature.state.al.us/code-of-alabama?section=27-27-30","current_through":"Act 2026-611","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T14:01:51Z","sha256":"0aeae47f7786859ff00391d86b5c28414944290c595c4a61abf1a9c246de0e87","source_id":"us-al","stale":false,"prev":"us-al/ala.-code-27-27-29","next":"us-al/ala.-code-27-27-31"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
