Code § 28-3A-13.2","heading":"Use of Drive-Through or Walk-Up Window for Purchase of Beer or Table Wine Sold by Certain Licensed Retailers.","body":"(a) Any retailer licensed to sell beer or wine for off-premises consumption by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board may contain facilities for the sale of beer or table wine, or both, by means of a “drive-up,” “walk-up,” or “drive-thru” window or other type of exterior access.
