Code § 28-7-23","heading":"Advertising.","body":"No sign of any kind advertising table wine shall be displayed outside any retail place of business. Radio, television, newspaper, magazine, billboard and commercial vehicles used for transportation of table wine may be used to advertise table wine in accordance with rules and regulations issued by the board. No other advertising of table wine shall be permitted, except in accordance with rules and regulations issued by the board.
