Code § 28-7-5","heading":"Authority of Board to Issue Licenses; County or Municipal Approval.","body":"The board shall have full and final authority, with the approval of the county or municipal governing body, to issue and renew licenses of wine retailers, wholesalers, importers and manufacturers to sell and handle table wine in this state.
