Code § 29-5A-41","heading":"Cooperation and Assistance by State Departments, Agencies, Etc.","body":"The various departments, agencies, institutions, and establishments of the executive branch of government and the regulatory agencies and commissions of the state shall furnish the Fiscal Division any available material which the division determines to be necessary in the performance of the duties and functions of the division.
