Code § 29-5B-8","heading":"Preparation and Submission of Evaluation Reports.","body":"(a) For each program subject to this chapter, the agency shall prepare and submit evaluation reports to the Alabama Commission on the Evaluation of Services on a schedule specified in the standards issued under Section 29-5B-6, which shall include at a minimum:\n(1) A description of the program as implemented, including any material deviations from the original evaluation plan;\n(2) Results on the agreed-upon input, output, and outcome indicators, including baseline values and trends over time;\n(3) For programs with a causal impact evaluation, a summary of the evaluation design, key findings, and limitations; and\n(4) The agency’s interpretation of the findings and planned actions in response.\n(b) The Alabama Commission on the Evaluation of Services shall publish submitted evaluation reports on its website.","path":["Title 29 Legislature.","Chapter 5B Alabama Commission on the Evaluation of Services."],"source_url":"https://alison.legislature.state.al.us/code-of-alabama?section=29-5B-8","current_through":"Act 2026-611","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-10T05:41:29Z","sha256":"97efc68562abc5550f877b0cb9bcdeb79d3b2c43daea8f8bf59a2c2f3d59d03e","source_id":"us-al","stale":false,"prev":"us-al/ala.-code-29-5b-7","next":"us-al/ala.-code-29-5b-9"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
