Code § 30-3-173","heading":"Multiple Delinquencies; Revocation of License.","body":"If the obligor has received two suspensions of a license pursuant to this article within the previous 12 months, upon a third finding of delinquency pursuant to this article, the department shall send to the obligor a notice of intent to revoke a license. In that case, the notice sent by the department to the licensing authority shall instruct the licensing authority to revoke the license.
