Code § 31-2-28","heading":"Officers and Enlisted Men Personally Responsible for Care, Etc., of Military Property in Custody.","body":"Every officer and enlisted man to whom any articles of military property are delivered in pursuance of the provisions of this chapter, shall be held personally responsible for their care, safeguarding, and return.
