Code § 31-8-19","heading":"Amount of Pension; Appropriation.","body":"There shall be paid monthly to each and every widow of a Confederate soldier and sailor, who is now on the pension roll of this state or who may hereafter be placed on the pension roll of this state, the sum of not less than $150 for each month.
