Code § 32-5-51","heading":"Towing or Hauling Disabled Vehicle.","body":"No provision of this chapter shall prevent a motor vehicle from hauling or towing a disabled vehicle while on the highway to a point for the purpose of making repairs; provided, that such motor vehicle otherwise complies with the requirements of this chapter and is in charge of a responsible driver; a drawbar or other connection between any two such vehicles shall not exceed 15 feet in length, and there shall be displayed at the rear of the last vehicle a red flag or other signal or cloth not less than 12 inches in length and width and lighted as required by Section 32-5-240.
