Code § 32-6-45","heading":"Immunity from Civil Liability.","body":"No civil or criminal action may be brought against the board, any of its members, the director or director’s office or its employees, or any physician licensed to practice in this state, for providing any reports, records, examinations, opinions, or recommendations pursuant to the division.
