Code § 33-1-27","heading":"Exercise and Evidence of Authority of Governor and Port Authority.","body":"The Governor and the port authority, respectively, are directed and required to exercise the power and authority by this chapter conferred upon them, respectively, to whatever extent is necessary to the accomplishment of the improvement and development hereby authorized.
