Code § 33-1-7","heading":"Functions of Secretary-Treasurer; Bond.","body":"(a) The secretary-treasurer shall receive and disburse for the port authority, under the supervision of the director, all moneys which the port authority is authorized to receive and disburse. The secretary-treasurer shall be responsible for the safekeeping thereof and shall properly account therefor.
