Code § 34-15-14","heading":"Safe Depository for Valuable Articles - Limitation of Liability.","body":"If the liability of a hotel is not otherwise eliminated or limited or varied under the provisions of Section 34-15-11 or 34-15-13, its liability for any loss, damage, or destruction of any property of a guest, by theft or otherwise, shall in no event and under no circumstances or conditions exceed the sum of $5,000, whether or not such hotel has complied with the provisions of this chapter.
